Contract Resources Limited (CRL) is in the business of specialised engineering maintenance, industrial cleaning and other related services to refineries, petrochemical plants and mining processing plants. Most of CRL’s business is in Australia and New Zealand where its major customers include Caltex, Shell, Exxon Mobil and NZ Refining Company.

Dunlop Living Limited - 70% owned
Dunlop Living is New Zealand’s leading producer and processor of polyurethane foam, polyester fibre and polystyrene bean products. It is also a major supplier of consumer goods including furniture, beds and bedding to the New Zealand retail market as well as bonded polyurethane carpet underlay. It also produces polyester fibre products including insulation. Dunlop Living has three manufacturing and distribution facilities, two located in Auckland and one in Christchurch.
